Remote Work Conference

We will run a two-day conference on remote work, including hybrid arrangements that involve a mix of onsite and offsite work. The conference is open to papers on remote-work measurement, the drivers of remote work, managing remote and hybrid workforces, performance outcomes with remote work, and the implications of remote work for workers, organizations, and society.

The conference will run from 1:00pm on Wednesday October 22 to 12:00pm on Friday October 24, 2025 at Stanford University. To encourage broad attendance and discussion, each paper session will run for 35 minutes with generous breaks and dinners.

Accommodation and food will be covered, and grants of up to $600 are available for one participant per paper. Please indicate the need for travel funding at the point of submission.

Accepted papers will be notified by July 15, 2025
